The « click » you execute after filling out your order form constitutes the validation of your order and shall be deemed an irrevocable acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

Consequently, you may only order products or services if you accept the conditions set forth below.

1. Preamble

The following general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the Rent A PHONE web catalog. Any order placed on this site implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

2. Purpose

This agreement is a distance contract intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of Lera Concept Company’s products over the Internet, via the secure online payment platform of the Interbank Monetic Center (CMI).

RENT A PHONE is a service and a trademark registered by Lera Concept.

3. Definitions

In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above shall be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:

• « Distance Contract »: any contract concerning goods or services between Lera Concept Company and a Consumer within the framework of a distance selling or service provision system organized by Lera Concept Company which, for this contract, exclusively uses the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
• « Consumer »: any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their professional activity.
• « Order Form »: a document that indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by them via « double click » to be binding.
• « Order »: the act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and Lera Concept Company undertakes to deliver them.

4. Product

All products in the catalog are sold while stocks last.
Lera Concept Company reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog without prior notice. It cannot under any circumstances be held liable to compensate or cancel an order following the impossibility of using the purchased product due to incompatibility with equipment already owned by the buyer.

5. Placing an Order

After finding the product(s) that interest you, click on the « order » button; the product is then added to your order form.
You can modify your order form at any time and return to the catalog by clicking on « continue shopping. »
When you have finished your purchases, validate your order by clicking on the « pay » order button.

In the event of an error on your part when entering information on the order form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request by e-mail within 24 hours. After cancellation of the order by Lera Concept, you may place a new order.

6. Price

The prices mentioned in the catalog are indicated in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) excluding tax, are valid at the time of consultation by the customer, and are those in force at the time of the order.
VAT is calculated on the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are made in Moroccan Dirham.
Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products.

7. Order Execution

The order will be executed no later than 7 days from the day following the day the Consumer placed their order.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel their order.
They will then have the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest of their payment, or an exchange of the Product.

8. Delivery

Delivery is free and provided by Lera Concept. The customer will collect their order at the delivery address indicated on their Order Form.
The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form.

The Consumer is required to check the merchandise upon delivery and to report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to Lera Concept Company, within one day.

The Consumer may, upon request, obtain an invoice sent to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Order Form.

9. Method of Payment

To pay for your order, you choose the method of payment from those offered by Lera Concept on the payment page.

In this case, the transaction is submitted for debiting your account on the day following the date of delivery confirmation.

Your online payments are secured by the Interbank Monetic Center (CMI), which offers a fully secure payment service.

The Consumer guarantees Lera Concept Company that they have any necessary authorizations to use the chosen method of payment when validating the Order Form.

In the case of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer and between Lera Concept Company and its banking institution shall apply.

10. Data Confidentiality

The information requested from you is necessary for processing your order and is treated confidentially. You have a right to rectification regarding the data concerning you.

Starting from the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and be fully reimbursed. The costs of returning the goods remain your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect resale condition, complete, and in their original (unopened) packaging may be reimbursed.

13. Warranty

All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material flaws. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the invoice date). In the event of the return of equipment that proves not to be defective, transport and handling costs may be charged to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.

14. Proof of Bank Card Transactions

The data recorded by the CMI on the online payment platform on behalf of Lera Concept constitutes proof of the commercial transactions concluded between you and Lera Concept Company.

15. Force Majeure

Lera Concept is only bound to fulfill its obligations to the extent that no event of force majeure prevents them from doing so.
