Rental Information

Important Documents

To rent a phone with a subscription or a WiFi router, you must provide the following documents :

  • A valid ID (National ID for Moroccans or passport for foreigners).
  • A credit card in the name of the renter for payment of fees.

Important note : Digital or photocopied documents will not be accepted.

Rental conditions

  • Minimum rental duration: 2 days.
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • The renter must reside in Morocco for the duration of the subscription.
  • The phone subscription includes a pre-established plan (minutes, SMS, and mobile data). Additional fees outside the plan will be charged separately.

Payment methods

Accepted methods :

  • Credit cards : Visa, Mastercard.
  • Cash in MAD, EURO, US DOLLAR, or STERLING POUND.

Security deposit :

An amount equivalent to the value of the device is required as a security deposit and will be refunded upon return in good condition.

Credit card payments must be made with a valid PIN code.

Return

  • The phone or WiFi router must be returned at the end of the rental period, along with all its accessories (charger, headphones, power cable, etc.).
  • Any damage or loss of equipment will be charged according to the current pricing.
  • The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after inspection.

Additional options

  • Damage/Theft Insurance : For an additional daily fee, this option covers any damage or theft of the rented phone or WiFi router.
  • Technical Support : 24/7 assistance in case of technical issues with the equipment.

Restrictions

  • The rented phones and WiFi routers may not be resold, modified, or used for illegal purposes.
  • The renter is responsible for all uses of the provided SIM card during the rental period.
  • In case of loss or theft, the renter must notify the agency immediately.

Fees and Penalties

  • Late Return : €7.5/day or €9.5 depending on the device.
  • Damage or loss of equipment : Charges based on the replacement or repair cost.
  • Early Termination : No refund or credit will be granted for unused rental days.
